I really have good intentions...

...because I'm always thinking about stuff to blog about. But somehow they never actually end up online. I understand no one actually reads my blog but it's still good/fun to just put my thoughts down.

Well to start off with some good news: i lost 2.8 lbs this week! Oh! Did I mention I've been in ONEDERLAND for a few weeks now? :] yeah, pretty excited about that. Even better, my total loss is at 9.4 lbs. If I lose at least one pound this week, I will be at my 5% goal. (And if I do it, which I better, I will reward myself with this month's issue of Fight!) I worked out really hard today and I feel motivated to keep it up. 5 weeks until my birthday and I know I can accomplish my goal.

It's funny how things can change so quickly. I have been so bummed out the last two days, just feeling really forgotten about and unhappy. But I woke up in a much better mood this morning. The first thing I pictured when I opened my eyes was me SHADOWBOXING! Haha, yeah that was a definite sign that it was The Ultimate Fighter Finale day. (BTW...I love Nate Diaz even with the loss). As soon as I got up, I heard my mom crying. I went to check on her and it was mostly just out of stress and emotion. I guess I woke up in a better mood today because I had to. She didn't need me to be down.

After a mini-talk, we decided to go to the 11:00 WW meeting. It was SO crowded. And the weirdest part...my ex-boyfriend's (my only real ex) current girlfriend was there. Worst nightmare. I didn't really care that she's with him, at all actually. I was just embarrassed that people in the meeting could possibly recgonize me. It was definitley ackward.

I had so many more things to talk about but now they are all jumbled together in my mind and I'm exhausted. Sorry for such the lame post, I promise they will get better!

Grace and Peace y'all!
